I love Kyogre?
The pose was influenced by a picture from a manga.
The wave/reflections on Kyogre is a texture.
I wasnt particularly fond of the flippers, but I'm oh-kay with them now.
EDIT:
mkay, i did a fair bit to it actually.
- removed the flippers and added feet.
- fixed the background colours
- new border (i usually use plain white)
sorry about it reappearing in your inbox ><
