I like the wide eyes on Sasuke here. Not something you see all that often yet I find myself liking it. For the outfits, I'm assuming schoolboy? I haven't seen any doujin of that myself - then again I haven't looked for much Naruto doujinshi at all. But I can certainly understand why schoolboy!Naruto and Sasuke would be used.
