I has a question (actually 1 1/2) *waves hand in teh air*

Do you draw on paper and then scan your work or do you draw on a tablet .3.

If you draw on paper, how do you get the line art so THIN and NEAT! All I ever end up doing is making the pencil lines scruffy and the pens I use to outline it are always too thick @_@ (my latest pic of a Charizard is a perfect example... TOO THICK!!!!!!!!!!!)
